Nestled prominently on Faneromenis Avenue in Larnaca, our storefront stands as a beacon for genuine meat enthusiasts. We designed our space to immediately evoke the welcoming, hearty atmosphere of a classic American BBQ joint right here in the Mediterranean.

The Culinary Obsession
Barbeque Project isn't just a restaurant; it's a dedicated pursuit of perfection. Located in the heart of Larnaca, we set out with a singular, uncompromising mission: to introduce the true, unadulterated art of authentic American Barbeque to Cyprus.
We traded the traditional fast-paced grill for the patient, grueling, and immensely rewarding process of wood-fired smokehouses. Here, there are no shortcuts. We believe that the best things in life take time, and our food is a testament to that philosophy.
Time is an Ingredient
Our day begins before dawn. Premium cuts of meat are meticulously dry-rubbed, marinated, and placed into our smokers for up to 14 hours. This rigorous thermal exposure at low temperatures is where the magic happens.
The signature pink "smoke ring" on our chicken, the deep mahogany bark on our ribs, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of our hand-pulled pork aren't accidents. They are the scientific result of perfectly managed heat, quality wood, and relentless patience.
