Juzéfa acts as the Data Controller for all personal data collected through this website, as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implemented in Cyprus through the Protection of Physical Persons Against the Processing of Personal Data Law 125(I)/2018.

As Data Controller, we determine the purposes and means by which your data is processed. All queries, requests, or concerns regarding your personal data may be directed to us at info@juzefa.com.

We process your data with the highest standards of care, transparency, and accountability. We never sell your data to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Specific retention guidelines are as follows:

  • Order and transaction records: 7 years (financial and tax compliance)
  • Customer account data: Duration of active account plus 2 years post-closure
  • Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year audit trail
  • Technical and log data: 12 months from collection

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your data is permanently and securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that makes re-identification impossible.

  • Portability You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
  • Objection You have the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
  • Restriction You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data under certain defined circumstances.
  • Withdraw Consent Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with immediate effect, without prejudice to lawfulness of prior processing.

For enquiries that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Direct Marketing & Consent

Where we send you marketing communications, including newsletters or promotional announcements, we do so only on the basis of your explicit, freely given, and documented consent or via the lawful soft opt-in mechanism for existing customers, as permitted under the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law (112(I)/2004).

We do not use pre-ticked boxes, implied consent, or inactivity as a basis for marketing. Every marketing communication includes a clear and immediate unsubscribe option. Withdrawal of marketing consent is as simple as clicking unsubscribe and takes immediate effect.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@juzefa.com and we will act promptly to delete the relevant information.
