Returning a volumetric, fully loaded 20-kilogram 24-bottle crate of beverages commands extraordinarily high shipping tariffs. Any delivered food item or beverage unit (beers, wines, pre-packed specialties) that becomes unsealed, noticeably opened, or handled beyond minimal inspection is instantaneously rendered non-returnable. Unsealing the core brewery strapping on a bulk wholesale case completely voids the 14-day discretionary window, as structural sterility against tampering cannot subsequently be corroborated.

Furthermore, products subjected to improper climatic preservation (such as ignoring vital thermal storage instructions marked on draft specialty kegs or sensitive craft variants) strictly void withdrawal capacities.

EU Legal Guarantee Concerning Gross Defectiveness

Defective merchandise activates immediate, non-discretionary guarantees detached from the standard 14-day parameters. Verified defects encapsulate catastrophic cork taint, absolute flattening due to impaired bottling seals, verifiable liquid spoilage preceding printed limits, or the hazardous presence of internal solid-state contaminants.

In instances wherein a 24-bottle heavy shipment incurs localized structural failure whereby three contained bottles fracture mid-transit, submitting the surviving intact units to additional risky international freight returns is logistically illogical. Therefore, KERMA LTD asserts the prerogative to strictly execute rapid, fractional pro-rata financial refunds scaled specifically toward the quantity of the destroyed items upon the submission of requisite photographic proof.
